1 | Disconnect ground lead from battery | Installation: Code radio, set the clock | |
2 | Undo bolt (1). | Installation: Note the installation position of electrical line (14). Lay the electrical line (14) in such a way that it does not come into contact with the cooling fan. | |
The bolt (1) is located on the starter below. | |||

3 | Remove fuel lines (3) | Installation: Do not connect up lines wrongly. | |
The white line is the feed line and the black line the return line. | |||
4 | Remove windscreen washer fluid reservoir (4) | ||
5 | Remove connector box (5) | Disconnect connectors (6) in connector box. | |
6 | Unscrew bolts (7) for carrier plate (9) | Support engine with a suitable tool. | |

7 | Unscrew bolts (8) for carrier plate (9) on the A/T (2) holder | | |
8 | Remove carrier plate (9) | ||
9 | Separate connector (10) | ||
10 | Unscrew nut (11) | | |
11 | Unscrew bolt (13). | The bolt (13) is located on the starter above. | |

12 | Remove starter (12) | ||
13 | Install in the reverse order |
