 Caution

Risk of poisoning from swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury from skin and eye contact with brake fluid

Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.

Open front access end cover

 In vehicles LO, the access to perform maintenance and repair tasks varies different according to body type/manufacturer.

 Refer to the body makers instructions.

Remove the brake fluid reservoir lid and connect the bleeding device connection (1)

Adjust the bleeding device service pressure to 2 bar

Remove the dust cover and connect a hose in the bleeding bolt (arrow)

 The hose is to facilitate the gathering of the fluid what exits the bleed screw the collecting container.

Release the bleeding bolt (arrow) and keep it lose until the new brake fluid leaves without air bubbles

Tighten the bleeding bolt , remove the hose and reconnect the dust cover

 Check the tightness.

Disconnect the bleeding bolt connection

Refuel the reservoir, install the lid

 Refuel with the recommended fluid up to the MAX level of reservoir.

Close the front cover


