Through-drive axle NAG7 with ring gear Ø 300 mm
As part of ongoing technical developments, since 15.03.2010 the through-drive axles named above have been manufactured using an improved retainer concept at the threaded ring on the drive shaft of the through-drive.
This technical modification and its effects on repair work are described in the document BT35.30-W-0009-01A, Threaded ring and through-drive cover modified.
Two newly developed
claw wrenches are required for removal and installation.
The repair instructions affected by the technical modification have been revised and are part of this service information bulletin.
They will also be published in the WIS with the WIS CD, version 11/10.
