Service Information: Return delivery of axle center drives

For a more accurate assessment of the fault causes on axle center drives of the rear axles HL 6, axle model designation 746.210/213, a print-out of the DAS [Diagnosis Assistance System] system fault report on the vehicle, in which the defective axle center drive was installed, is required.

In the event of defects on the axle center drive of axle model designation 746.210/213 we would like to ask you to also carry out a quick test on the vehicle in question using STAR DIAGNOSIS and to print out the fault report.

This additional work can be invoiced with the warranty claim.

With the return delivery of axle center drives of the rear axles

HL 6, axle model designation 746.210/213, to the Kassel plant investigation point, please enclose the printed-out fault report with the defective part.

 If the defective axle center drive is returned without the fault report, we reserve the right to a cut-back in the material cost surcharge (MKZ).
