MODEL | ALL |
The layout of the maintenance sheets has been revised and optimized. The changes are described in detail below using the maintenance sheet for model 906 as an example. In this context, we have regrouped the additional scopes for Service A and Service B in a clearer manner. This also affects the corresponding work units for the maintenance scopes. Work contents in the basic scope for Service A or B that do not come up regularly, example "Replace air filter", have been created as additional operation. The number of work units for the basic scope and the additional operations remain identical.
1. Specify maintenance scopes: (Picture shown in German)
An overview of the possible maintenance scopes at the beginning of the maintenance sheet allows the service advisor to specify the scope of maintenance for the mechanic. The appropriate additional operations "Z" for the basic maintenance "A and E" must be selected by the service advisor.

2. Headlines of operation steps: (Picture shown in German)
Assignment of the maintenance items to maintenance "A and E", and assignment of the additional operations "Z" is done using the boxes in the left column. The boxes are used to mark the operation items as performed.
In addition, the option "not OK" has been changed to "Input condition No OK". No input condition is noted in the case of operation steps where no inspection is performed but where something is replaced only (e.g.: Replace spark plugs).
The Mechanic enters a note in the right column in the case of "Input condition not OK".
