1 | Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key | ||
2 | Disconnect battery ground line | ||
4 | Remove two screws/bolts (arrow) at left and right, then secure driver airbag against falling down | Bolt, airbag to steering wheel | |

5 | Lift driver airbag off from steering wheel | ||
6 | Release and disconnect electrical connector from squib at gas generator | ||
7 | Remove driver airbag from steering wheel | ||
8 | Install in the reverse order | ||

10 | Check and erase vehicle fault memory using the diagnostic system | When replacing the driver airbag. | |
