Remove front seat

Disconnect electrical connector (2) from right front multicontour backrest switch group (S108) or from left front multicontour backrest switch group (S109) and disconnect electrical connector (3) from right front DYNAMIC switch (S108/1) or from left front DYNAMIC switch (S109/1)

Only for vehicles with code (433) Left dynamic seat, incl. multicontour seat

or with code (434) Right dynamic seat, incl. multicontour seat

Disconnect pneumatic lines from multicontour seat control

Only for vehicles with code (404a) Left multicontour seat

or with code (405) Right multicontour seat

Disconnect electrical connector (4)

Only for vehicles with code (873) Heated seats for left and right front seats

Disconnect pneumatic line (5)

Unplug electrical connector (6)

Expose right rear footwell lamp (E17/17) or left rear footwell lamp (E17/18)

Remove bolts (7)

Installation: Assistant required.

Remove bearing (8)

Remove seat cushion (1)

Installation: Pay attention to correct seating of bearing shells in bearing (5).

Install in the reverse order
