2 | Unscrew bolts (1, 2, 3) | On model 168 as of 1.3.01 the bumper (6) is screwed with the bolts (1) to the lamp units. | |

3 | Unclip clips (4) | Installation: Check clips (4), replace if necessary. | |
4 | Unclip bumper (6) from lateral guides (5) and remove with a 2nd person | Pull bumper (6) on both sides toward front when removing (arrows), in order to avoid paint damage. Installation: Fit bumper (6) on both sides onto the lateral guides when installing (5) (arrows) and push back. | |
5.1 | Disconnect front bumper PTS connector (X26/27) | Only with code (220a) Parktronic system (PTS) Installation: Ensure correct seating of the front bumper PTS connector (X26/27). | |
