Remove/install

Remove trim from left D-pillar.

Expose electrical plug (1) on electrical connector and disconnect.

If the TV and DAB antenna amplifier (A2/20) is removed.

Expose electrical plug (2) on electrical connector and disconnect.

If the TV antenna amplifier (A2/21) is removed.

Release TV and DAB antenna amplifier (A2/20) or TV antenna amplifier (A2/21) from body.

Installation: Clean bonding surface of TV and DAB antenna amplifier (A2/20) or TV antenna amplifier (A2/21) on body.

If the TV and DAB antenna amplifier (A2/20) or the TV antenna amplifier (A2/21) is reused

Replace tape for fastening the TV and DAB antenna amplifier (A2/20) or the TV antenna amplifier (A2/21).

Remove rear roof lining (3).

If the TV antenna amplifier (A2/21) is removed.

Lower rear roof lining (3) far enough to gain access to the antenna of the TV and DAB antenna amplifier (A2/20).

If the TV and DAB antenna amplifier (A2/20) is removed.

Remove antenna line from TV and DAB antenna amplifier (A2/20) or the TV antenna amplifier (A2/21) from the rear roof lining (3).

Installation: Observe assembly position of antenna line.
Fasten antenna line using suitable tape strips to rear roof lining (3).

Install in the reverse order.

Check

Check function of TV system.
