Remove/install

Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key from EIS control unit

On vehicles with Keyless Go, code 889: Press Keyless Go start/stop button repeatedly until the ignition is switched off.

Remove transmitter key from vehicle and store it in a location beyond its transmission range (at least 2 m).

Ensure that the light is switched off. The light switch must be in the "0" position.

Remove bolt (1) and remove cover (2)

Remove bolt (3)

Remove left front fog lamp (E5/1) or right front fog lamp (E5/2) from bumper

Disconnect electrical connector (4) and remove left front fog lamp (E5/1) or right front fog lamp (E5/2)

Install in the reverse order

Check front fog lamp settings, adjust if necessary

Check headlamp adjustment
