Remove/install

Completely move passenger bench seat toward rear

Remove coat hook (2) from B-pillar

When removing curtains (1) from left front window.

Detach curtains (1) at push buttons (3) from window frame paneling

Detach curtains (1) from pushbuttons (3) on B-pillar paneling and C-pillar paneling

When removing curtains (1) from left front window.

Remove coat hooks (2) from C-pillar

When removing curtains (1) on left and right rear side window.

Detach curtains (1) at pushbuttons (3) on C-pillar paneling and D-pillar paneling

When removing curtains (1) on left and right rear side window.

Unclip cover (4) by hand

Mark installation position of curtain rod (5)

Not when replacing curtain rod (5).

The curtain rod (5) may be bent upward slightly on some vehicles.

Remove bolt (6)

Installation: Observe marking of installation position on curtain rod (5) before screwing in bolt (6). Install curtain rod (5) with bending pointing upward.
If the curtain rod (5) is installed in the new paneling without a hole for the bolt (6), center curtain rod (5) before screwing bolt (6).

Remove spacers (7)

Slide curtain rod (5) to left or right into corresponding paneling until the other end of the curtain rod (5) is moved out the paneling

Pull curtain rod (5) out of corresponding paneling together with curtains (1)

Remove curtains (1) from curtain rod (5)

Only when replacing curtains (1) or curtain rod (5).

Install in the reverse order
