1 Saw out cutting template (2) out of old headliner (1) along broken line.
Use hacksaw blade.
2 Lay down new headliner (1) with rear pointing up and place suitable spacers beneath, e.g. foam material or styrofoam blocks, in rear area.
The headliner (1) can bent or damaged if spacers are not used. Do not use hard or sharp-edged objects. Otherwise the headliner (1) cover can be damaged .
3 Remove installation frame (4) out of cutting template (2)
4 Place cutting template (2) onto new headliner (1) and align.
5 Mark cutout for installation opening (3) on new headliner (1).
6 Remove cutting template (2) from new headliner (1).
7 Saw out installation opening (3) out of new headliner (1).
Use hacksaw blade, otherwise headliner (1) can be damaged.
Cut out within marked cutting line, otherwise the installation opening (3) will be too large.
8 Install installation frame (3) in new headliner (1)
