Remove/install

Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Seal brake hose (3) immediately with stop plug. The expansion reservoir for brake fluid must not be allowed to run empty,
else air will flow into the brake system.

Detach electric feed line of front brake pad contact sensor (2) from floating brake caliper (1)

Remove floating brake caliper (1)

Unscrew screws (4) and remove floating caliper carrier (5)

 Installation: Replace screws/bolts (4).

 Self-locking bolt, brake caliper support to steering knuckle
