1 Unscrew hexagon bolts (18) and remove retainers (19).

2 Mark bearing bracket (20).

The arrow cast on the bearing bracket must always point towards the outside with the recesses facing the crown wheel.

3 Unscrew hexagon bolts (17). Loosen bearing bracket (20) by tapping gently with a plastic mallet and remove.

4 Loosen threaded rings (21) on both sides using drift punch and then unscrew using .

5 Remove differential from rear axle housing using removal device.
