1 Clamp differential case (3) in vise.
2 Pull off both tapered roller bearings (2) .
Check tapered roller bearings and replace if necessary.

3 Drive differential pinion shaft (5) out of differential case using drift.

4 Remove differential pinions (8) with spherical washers (7) from differential case by twisting them.
5 Remove rear axle side gears with spherical washers.
6 Clean all parts and check for reusability.
Parts which have overheated or seized must always be replaced.
