11 Clamp nut with Allen head bolt

12 Grease cap

	Removing
1	Remove wheel.	 Jack up the vehicle at the front axle and secure with stands.	AR40.10-D-1100A
2	Remove brake disc		AR42.10-D-0230E
3	Pull off the grease cap (12).		*116589223300
4	Loosen the screw in the clamping nut (11) and unscrew the clamping nut.
5	Remove thrust plate (10)
6	Pull the wheel hub (6) and tapered roller bearing (5) from the steering knuckle	Check wheel hub and bearing, if indicated, 
		Disassemble front wheel hub	AR33.20-D-0320E
	Install
7	Position wheel hub (6) with tapered roller bearing (5) on steering knuckle
8	Install outer tapered roller bearing (9)	 Grease the bearing thoroughly and then slide it onto the steering knuckle.
		Multi-purpose grease in accordance with Specifications for Operating Fluids Sheet 267.0	BB00.40-P-0267-00A
9	Push on thrust washer (10).	 The smooth side of the thrust washer must face the wheel bearing.
10	Screw on clamping nut (11), tighten and then slacken again half a turn
11	Check and adjust wheel bearing play on front wheel hub		AR33.20-D-0300-01A

12	Pack grease cap (12) half with grease and coat at edge with sealant.

15	Mount wheel		AR40.10-D-1100A
