1 Remove cotter pin from castellated nut.

 Add-on part: Replace cotter pin.

2 Slacken castellated nut and unscrew until it is flush with the end of the thread.

3 Attach  puller and press supporting strut off bracket.

4 Detach  puller and unscrew castellated nut  .

5 Install in the reverse order.
