1 | Remove cover below instrument panel on left | ||
2 | Take out left floor covering | ||
3 | Pinch off connection hose from brake fluid reservoir to master cylinder | | |
4 | Disconnect hydraulic line (17) at master cylinder (11) | Avoid brake fluid and soiling in interior | |
5 | Unplug cable connector from stop light switch | ||
6 | Unplug cable connector from clutch pedal switch | Models fitted with cruise control code 650 | |
7 | Remove brake master cylinder | ||
8 | Remove ABS hydraulic unit | ||
9 | Remove ASR hydraulic unit | ||
10 | Remove brake booster | ||
11 | Unscrew nuts of pedal bearing bracket | ||
12 | Detach pedal support (10) and take out completely to the outside | Replace sealing cord around pedal support (10) | |
13 | Install in the reverse order | ||
14 | Bleeding the clutch actuation | ||
15 | Inspect system for leaks |
