Checking
1 Install guide (5.2) onto gauge (5.1).
2 Place shift mechanism (4) and sleeve (5.3) on check gauge (5.1) and secure using 2 bolts to prevent movement.
The notch lever and shift finger (6) must be at the same level.
3 Place bridge (5.4) on check gauge (5.1).
Pay attention to the assembly markings (X) on the bridge (5.4) and check gauge (5.1).
4 Check setting of shift finger (6) using feeler gauge.
The gap (arrows) must be equal on both sides of the shift finger (6).
Adjust
When the shift finger (6) is adjusted, the index bolt must abut the notched element and at the same time be in the neutral position.
5 Warm up lever (1) at grub screws (2) and remove grub screws (2) using screwdriver (3).
6 Screw in new grub screws (2) until gap at shift finger (6) is equal on both sides (arrows).
After the microencapsulation has cured, do not twist the grub screws (2) anymore otherwise locking of the grub screws (2) is no longer guaranteed.
