Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Remove/install

Remove rear and center lower engine compartment lining.

 Installation: Install rear and center lower engine compartment lining only after ventilation of clutch operation system.



Clean

Clean hose connection of hydraulic hose line (1) on hydraulic line (2).

Assembly cleaner

Remove hydraulic line (2) from hydraulic hose line (1).

Note on calculation of tightening torque when using insertion or socket tools with various effective lengths

 Catch escaping brake fluid and seal connections.

Remove clamping plate (3).



Clean

Clean hose connection of hydraulic hose line (1) at clutch slave cylinder (4).

Assembly cleaner

Remove hydraulic hose line (1).

 To do this, remove banjo bolt (5). Catch escaping brake fluid and seal connections.

Collection bowl

 Installation: Replace seals (6).
