Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.  	Remove/install
1	Remove coolant thermostat (1).		AR20.10-P-2461MRO
2	Remove coolant hose (2) from coolant pump (3), place to one side and seal.	 Hose clamp pliers	*454589003700
		 Record plug	*129589009100
3	Remove brackets of electrical wiring harness from coolant pump (3).	 Do not crush or kink or subject lines to tension. This would lead to damage to the lines and can impair their function.
		 Dismantling tool	*000589956300
4	Release and disconnect electrical connector.
5	Remove screws (4) and remove bracket (5).

		 Bolt, support to support/exhaust gas turbocharger	*BA09.40-P-1012-02C
6	Remove screw/bolts (6).	 Bolt, coolant pump to crankcase/oil pan	*BA20.10-P-1001-01CA
7	Remove coolant pump (3).
8	Install in the reverse order.
