Remove intercooler

Slacken poly V-belt (1) and take off

Turn tensioning device (2) in clockwise direction.

Inspecting

Inspect belt pulley sections and tensioning device (2) for damage and dirt

Inspect poly V-belt (1)

Inspect condition of poly V-belt (1), replace if necessary:

Inspect poly V-belt (1) for wear and damage

Install

Fit on poly V-belt (1), tension

Do not use belt wax or similar products.
