 	Remove/install
 Danger!	Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Raise vehicle with vehicle lift
2	Support rear axle crossmember (2) in the middle with a transmission jack, remove screw/bolts (3) and lower rear axle crossmember (2)	 Use a suitable base.

3	Remove screw/bolts (4) of oil return line (1) at the turbocharger (5)		*BA09.40-P-1001-01G
4	Unfasten hose clamp (6) and remove oil return line (1)	 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces. Replace clamp (6) as well as the seal between oil return line (1) and turbocharger (5).

5	Install in the reverse order
6	Remove interior flap above engine		AR88.40-P-1100-03MCC
7	Check engine oil level using oil dipstick, correct if necessary	 The oil level must be within the area marked on the oil dipstick otherwise there is the threat of engine damage.

8	Carry out an engine test run and check the oil return line (1) for leaks
