	Check
1	Remove engine cover.
			AP01.10-P-2405-01J
2	Slowly open cap (1) on the coolant expansion reservoir (2) of the main circuit and remove.
3	Check coolant level and correct.

4	Install tester cap (3) on coolant expansion reservoir (2).	 Test cap	*210589009100
5	Connect pressure pump (4) at tester cap (3).	 Pressure pump	*124589242100
6	Apply test pressure to the coolant main circuit for 2 min.	 Do not exceed the specified test pressure. Otherwise damage to the coolant main circuit will occur.
		 There must not be any pressure loss within 2 min.
		Test pressure for pressure-testing the main circuit	*BE08.50-P-1001-01A
		If there is a problem,
		
		replace corresponding component part.
7	Remove tester cap (3).
8	Remove pressure pump (4) from tester cap (3).
9	Relieve test pressure via valve on pressure pump (4).
10	Check coolant level and correct.

11	Install cap (1).
12	Install engine cover.
