Remove camshaft

Pull out compensation element (1)

Installation: re-install compensation element (1) which is not replaced, at the same point.

Oil compensation element (1).

Unscrew plug (5) and blow compressed air into the oil passage (3)

At the same time, inspect that the outlet drillings (arrows) at the seat of the valve tappet are clear.

Installation: replace seal (4).
