	Removing
1	Remove timing case cover		AR01.40-P-8000FF
2	Remove timing chain		AR05.10-P-7601FF
3	Unscrew bolts (2)
4	Loosen cover (3) from crankcase (1) and remove
5	Remove bolt (5) and chain tensioner (6)
6	Remove screw (7)	 Counterhold balance shaft (4) using a suitable tool (arrow A) when loosening the bolt (7).
7	Remove chain sprocket (8) and drive chain (9)
	Installing
8	Place drive chain (9) in crankshaft (10) ring gear in such a way that the color marked chain link (11) is at the marking (arrow B)
9	Insert chain sprocket (8) into the drive chain (9) in such a way that so the marking (arrow C) on the chain sprocket (8) points towards the color marked chain link (12)
10	Place chain sprocket (8) on shaft and tighten using bolt (7)	 The installation position of the chain sprocket (8) is dictated by a flattened surface in the shaft. Counterhold balance shaft (4) using a suitable tool (arrow A).

11	Install chain tensioner (6)	 Ensure correct seating of the chain tensioner (6).

12	Position cover (3) on crankcase (1) and screw in bolts (2)	 Clean sealing surfaces. Apply sealing compound to the sealing surface on the crankcase (1).

13	Install new timing chain		AR05.10-P-7601FF
14	Install timing case cover		AR01.40-P-8000FF
