The vehicle lift safety devices (1) can be mounted together at the front or together at the rear; they may not be mounted on one side of the vehicle or diagonally on it | ||
1 | Remove covers from vehicle lift supports | ||
2 | Insert lifting platform safety devices (1) into longitudinal members | Lifting platform retainer | |
3 | Swivel lever (2) of vehicle lift safety devices (1) to the right until lever (2) is secured | Following this, the lifting platform safety devices (1) are locked onto the longitudinal members. | |
4 | Rotate support plate (4) at vehicle lift support arm (3) until it makes contact with the vehicle lift safety devices (1) or with the vehicle lift support of the longitudinal member | ||
5 | Raise vehicle with lifting platform | Two-post lift | |
6 | Secure vehicle lift safety devices (1) to the vehicle lift support arm (3) using tensioning straps | ||
7 | Dismantle in reverse order. |
