6 Oil dipstick

Remove

Remove pipe of hand pump (5), remove thumb screws (4) and remove cover (3) from hydraulic unit

Check

Lower the lift platform (1) by pressing the "Down" button on the operating unit (2)

The lifting platform (1) must lower evenly and smoothly.

When the lift platform (1) is placed on the ground the rollaway securing device (7) must fold up completely.

The turn signal lamps must flash as soon as the lowering process starts.

Check all moving parts (arrows) on lift for visible wear

If necessary:

Replace worn parts

- subject to a separate repair order.

Check hydraulic lines, hydraulic unit and both hydraulic cylinders for visible leaks

If necessary:

Eliminate leaks

- subject to a separate repair order.

Raise the lifting platform (1) by pressing the "Up" button on the operating unit (2)

The lifting platform (1) must raise evenly and smoothly.

The turn signal lamps must go out as soon as the lifting platform (1) has reached the final position.

Check oil level on the oil dipstick (6)

Only in the final position of the

lifting platform (1). If necessary:

- Correct the oil level.

- subject to a separate repair order.

Automatic transmission fluids (ATF, specification 236.7)

Install

Mount cover (3) on hydraulic unit, screw in thumb screws (4) and insert pipe of hand pump (5)
