1 Filter cartridge

Risk of explosion from fuel igniting, risk of poisoning from inhaling and swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to eyes and skin from contact with fuel.

Fire, sparks, open flames or smoking forbidden.
Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

Loosen and unscrew filter cartridge (1)

Secure auxiliary heater to prevent if from starting up unintentionally. Dispose of filter cartridge in an environmentally acceptable manner.

Screw on new filter cartridge by hand

Do not use a tool to prevent damage to the sealing ring.

Lubricate sealing ring lightly.

Carry out function test of auxiliary heater

Check leaktightness of filter unit.
