Remove upper engine cover (1)

Remove intake manifold (2) on air filter housing cover (3)

Pry retaining clamp (4) of electrical feed line off air filter housing cover (3)

If installed

Remove air filter housing cover (3)

In order to avoid scratches or damage, place air filter housing cover (3) on a padded base.

The 3 bolts (5) remain in the air filter housing cover (3).

Take out air cartridge (6)

Installation: Replace air filter element (6), do not clean.

Clean

Clean the inside of the air filter housing (7) and air filter housing cover (3)

Cleaner from package
