 	Removal, installation, adjustment
	The valve play can be checked and adjusted with the engine cold or warm.
	Observe location of intake and exhaust valves
1	Switch off ignition
2	Disconnect plug from ignition distributor sensor (green cable) on control module (arrow)
1	Remove cylinder head cover complete with ignition cable and distributor cap.	 Installation: Check gasket, replace according to condition Insert new gasket into groove in cylinder head cover at front and rear first and then into sides.
		 Tighten nuts in stages.	*BA01.20-P-1001-01D
2	Check valve play, adjust	Turn crankshaft in normal direction of rotation of engine.	AP05.30-P-0560-01B

3	Reinstall in opposite order
 Danger!	Risk of accident as a result of vehicle starting off when engine running. Risk of injury as a result of bruises and burns if you insert your hands into engine when it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it starting off. 5	Start engine and check cylinder head cover for leakage
