3 | Move front seat (8) all the way forward | Make sure that both seat rails engage in position. | |
4.1 | Pull covering (1) to rear and off | Except model 454.033 | |

5.1 | Remove screw (2) and then pull panel (3) carefully out towards the front | Except model 454.033 | |

6 | Remove bolts (4) | | |
7 | Move front seat (8) all the way back | Make sure that both seat rails engage in position. | |
8 | Unscrew nuts (5). | Installation: Both seat rails must be engaged. Position the nuts (5) but only tighten them down after the screws (4) are tightened. | |

9 | Raise front seat (8) carefully | ||
10 | Release tab (6) downward and separate connector (9). | Installation: Ensure plug connection (9) is correctly located. | |
11.1 | Unplug connector (7) | Only when removing the front seat (8) on the driver side. | |
12.1 | Disconnect the connector for the heated seats under front seat (8) | Only on vehicles with code (S17) Heated seats (FFO) | |
13 | Lift front seat (8) out of vehicle | Helper required | |
14 | Install in the reverse order |
