Switch off ignition and remove the transmitter key from the EIS [EZS] control unit

On vehicles with Keyless Go, code 889: Press Keyless Go start/stop button repeatedly until ignition is switched off. Remove transmitter key from vehicle and store it in a location beyond its transmission range (at least 2 m).

Remove cover (1) from bottom edge (arrows A)

Protect cover and center console against scratching.

Slightly pull center console toward outside (arrows B).

In order to prevent damage.

Remove cover (arrows C) upward from catch lugs (4).

Disconnect electrical connector (2) from RCP control module (N72/2)

Remove bolts (3)

Handymaster battery-powered drill/screwdriver

Remove RCP control module (N72/2)

Install in the reverse order

Perform basic programming
