Remove air conditioning cover

Remove only rear cover.

Remove air duct from air conditioning

Only on left side.

Remove bracket (1) above the evaporator

If present

Cut through retaining wires on evaporator

Do not damage capillary sensor (2) when cutting through retaining wires to prevent the air conditioning from malfunctioning.

Installation: Thin cable ties can also be used instead of retaining wires.

Separate electrical connectors of AC compressor magnetic clutch temperature switch (S/D)

Remove AC compressor magnetic clutch temperature switch (S/D)

Installation: Check capillary sensor (2) for signs of damage.

Install in the reverse order
