5 Bolts

6 Electrical connector

M6/4 Tailgate wiper motor

Remove/Install

Danger!

Risk of injury in the form of trapping or crushing, or even severing of limbs, if caught in windshield wiper mechanism

Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism.

Remove wiper arm of rear-end door

Pry cap (2) from wiper shaft (1)

Unscrew nut (3)

Remove base (4)

Remove inner cover from rear-end door

Disconnect electrical connector (6) from rear-end door wiper motor (M6/4).

Unscrew bolts (5) and remove rear-end door wiper motor (M6/4)

Install in the reverse order

Perform function check
