1 Position removed complete rear floor assembly (1) on new rear floor assembly (1) and transfer all holes.
Ensure that the removed complete rear floor assembly (1) is aligned precisely with the new complete rear floor assembly (1).
2 Position new complete rear floor assembly (1) on body, align and check position of marked holes.
3 Drill holes for plug weldings in area A on complete new rear floor assembly (1) and grind mating surfaces down to bare metal on both sides.

4 Grind mating surface in area B on complete new rear floor assembly (1) on one side.
5 Drill holes for plug weldings in marked areas on complete new rear floor assembly (1) and grind mating surfaces down to bare metal on both sides.

6 Grind mating surface on side of removed side wall in area C on complete new rear floor assembly (1) on both sides.
Drill holes for plug weldings in area C when installing left C-pillar.
7 Drill holes for plug weldings on side of side wall still installed, in area F on complete new rear floor assembly (1) and grind mating surfaces down to bare metal on both sides.
8 Drill holes for plug weldings in areas D and E on complete new rear floor assembly (1) and grind mating surfaces down to bare metal on both sides.

9 Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in areas G and H on complete new rear floor assembly (1) on both sides.
