1 Install C-pillar paneling (1), fit and fasten using vise grip pliers and C-clamps.

2 Position rear roof frame (2) and mark holes for plug welding in area A on C-pillar paneling (1)

3 Remove C-pillar paneling (1) and drill marked holes in area A on C-pillar paneling (1).

4 Install C-pillar paneling (1), fit and fasten using vise grip pliers and C-clamps.

Check course and condition of sealant, correct if necessary.

Install C-pillar paneling and weld in.

8 C-pillar paneling (1) in areas B and C .

Weld trough inert gas welds in areas B and C. Perform welding in intervals, allow to cool down in between. This ensures minimum heat distortion.

9 Grind inert gas welds down flat in areas B and C and clean with wire brush.

10 Grind all required spot welds down flat

11 Clean all other spot welds with wire brush

Install C-pillar paneling and weld in.

12 Fill unevenness in cross-hatched areas on C-pillar paneling (1) with filling solder and then grind down flat.
