1 Remove intake hose (1) from air filter housing and intake hose (2) from intake pipe (3).
Plug openings.
2 Pull coolant hoses (4, 6) out of mounts (5).

3 Release lock pins (7) on both sides of vehicle and pull out.
4 Close dump body pivots (8) on both sides of vehicle (arrow), insert lock pin (7) and secure.

5 Unscrew bolts (9, 10) on both sides of cab floor.
Do not unscrew bolt (9) on passenger side.

6 Install tilting device on vehicle.
6.1 Install tilting cylinder (13) in mount on cab floor, fasten with bearing pins (11) and secure.
Plug socket (12) should point toward front of vehicle.
6.2 Insert piston rod (14) into bearing pins on cross member and secure.

6.3 Install hydraulic pump (17) on left ascent, connect hoses (15) to tilting cylinder.
6.4 Check oil level on hydraulic pump (17).
Pay attention to manufacturer's operating instructions.
7 Move pump lever (16) to "Tilt" position Insert extension lever and tilt cab to end position.

8 Tighten safety strut (18) to cab floor with bolt (9) and nut.
9 Tighten safety strut (18) to cab.
