The vehicle must be lifted at the front to center the projector bracket . Clean and lightly grease locating pin and bushing before mounting.
1 Fit projector with locating pin of projector all the way in the projector bracket and screw in bolt far enough that the projector can still be tilted.

2 Mount adjustment stand at a distance of approx. 2 m from the projector on the rear axle.
3 Connect projector to transformer and align to the scale of the adjustment stand
4 Loosen both knurled bolts on the projector bracket .
5 Focus the projected light spot on the scale by pulling out or pushing in the lens on the projector .
6 Slide the adjustment scale from side-to-side so that the light spot is in the center of the scale.

7 Position the blue line (1) and the yellow knurled bolt (2) horizontally at the top by turning the wheel. Align the light spot to the scale of the adjustment stand , read off and note the displayed value.

8 Rotate wheel further by 180 ° until second blue line (3) and blue knurled bolt (4) are positioned at top.
9 Align light spot to scale of adjustment stand , read off and note the displayed value.

10 Adjust the light spot to the mean value of both values by turning the blue knurled bolt (4).

11 Rotate wheel further by 90 ° until yellow line (5) and yellow knurled bolt (2) are positioned horizontally at top.
12 Set light spot to previously determined mean value by turning the yellow knurled bolt (2).
13 Hold projector and rotate wheel.
The light spot may move by a maximum of one graduation line. If the deviation is greater, the centering must be repeated from point 7.
14 Align projector bracket in same way for all wheels.
