Install tapered roller bearing inner race on drive pinion and press in together with radial seal ring

P35.31-0371-01

1 Install tapered roller bearing inner race (43d) in rear axle housing.

2 Smear sealing lip of new radial seal ring (42) with Universal hypoid gear oil and mount on the alignment tool (034).

3 Press in tapered roller bearing inner race (43d) and radial seal ring (42) using puller (035).

4 Remove puller from rear axle housing with mandrel and removal and installation tool.
