 	Remove/install
1	Remove plate under front grille		AR88.00-D-2200A
2	Remove front bumper	 Observe connector on outside temperature sensor, on the left on bumper.
3	Detach radiator unit and pull to the front	 Installation: Align radiator unit.	AR20.20-D-3860-09AD
4	Remove bolts (3) and fan (1) from viscous fan clutch (2)		*BA20.40-N-1002-01G
5	Install in the reverse order
6	Check gap; adjust if necessary	Gap width engine hood to front-end paneling	*BE88.40-N-1001-01B
		Height offset, engine hood to front-end paneling	*BE88.40-N-1002-01B
		Ridge offset, engine hood to front-end paneling	*BE88.40-N-1003-01B
