| Remove, Install | ||
1 | Remove radiator with front end | ||
2 | Remove viscous fan coupling | ||
3 | Remove poly V-belt | ||
4 | Install retaining lock for crankshaft / starter ring gear | ||
5 | Unscrew hexagon bolts (9), take off belt pulley (10) of coolant pump | | |
6 | Unscrew central bolt (2) and take off together with conical washer (3) | Install new central bolt (2). | |
7 | Pull off belt pulley/vibration damper (1, 1b) | If vibration damper is tight, unbolt belt pulley/vibration damper (1, 1b) at hub (6) and pull of hub (6) with special tool, see: | |
Pull off hub of belt pulley/ vibration damper. | |||

Installation: The groove in the hub must be aligned with the parallel key (8). | |||
8 | Replace front crankshaft radial seal (11) | ||
9 | Install in the reverse order |
