1 Torx bolt

2 Coolant pump belt pulley

3 Bolt+washer

4 Crankcase ventilation line

5 Hose clamp

6 Timing case cover

7 Torx bolt

8 Front crankshaft radial seal

 	Removing/installing
1	Remove engine together with front axle carrier		AR01.10-L-2500VB
2	Detach engine from front axle carrier	 Do not disconnect transmission	AR01.10-L-2510VB
3	Remove cylinder head cover		AR01.20-L-5014VB
4	Remove oil pan
5	Remove belt pulley / vibration damper		AR03.30-L-1700VA
6	Remove belt pulley of coolant pump (2)		*BA20.10-P-1002-01D
7	Detach crankcase ventilation line (4) at timing case cover (6)	Inspect condition of collar clamp (5), replace if necessary.
8	Unscrew torx bolts (1) to timing case cover	  Torx bolts (1) are accessible next to the camshaft sprocket in the timing chain shaft.	*BA01.30-P-1002-01E
9	Unscrew torx bolts (7) for timing case cover (6) on crankcase		*BA01.40-P-1003-01D
10	Take off timing case cover (6)	 Detach with rubber-headed hammer, if necessary.
		 Installation: Observe fitted sleeves (arrows). Clean sealing surfaces. Coat sealing surface to crankcase with sealant. Refer to:

		Loctite sealant 5970	*BR00.45-Z-1013-01A
11	Replace front crankshaft radial seal (8)		AR03.20-P-3000GF
12	Install in reverse order
13	Run engine and inspect for leaks
