Key in ignition/starter switch in position 0.

Connect contact switch of compression tester

Secure vehicle to prevent it starting off.
Wear closed and close-fitting work clothes.
Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.

Press contact switch (02) of compression tester (01) for this step.

Do not crank engine with ignition/starter switch.
