Align vehicle between columns of lifting platform and position four support plates at lifting platform support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.

Turn key in electronic starter/ignition switch (EIS) control unit to position "0".

Remove bottom engine compartment paneling

Remove cover on transmission bell

Install turning device (2)

To do so remove bolts (1) and install turning device (2).
