This questionnaire must be filled up for each air compressor, for which there has been a complaint within the warranty period and courtesy.
However, firstly, the respective air compressor must unfailingly be checked according to the methods described in WIS with regard to the outflow and to the oil discharge. The technical situations that result from these checkings are needed to fill up this questionnaire.
For a claim of warranty or courtesy, the removed air compressor must be sent together with the completely filled up questionnaire and the test sheet used during the oil discharge checking for the diagnosis.
