Location
The accelerator pedal module is located in the driver footwell on the right front.
Task
The accelerator pedal module detects the accelerator pedal position and passes on a matching voltage signal to the CDI control unit (N3/21).
Body
The accelerator pedal module consists of a Hall sensor with integrated Hall electronics.
Function
The Hall sensor integrated in the accelerator pedal module detects the current position of the accelerator pedal by means of the permanent magnets fitted on the pedal axis.
