1 Feed flexible fuel pipe from the tank transmitter forward along the vehicle fuel pipes to the point of installation of the fuel pump.
Tie the fuel pipe to the existing pipes. Avoid chafing, fit scuff protectors, if necessary. Ensure sufficient distance to the hot parts of the vehicle engine exhaust gas system.
2 Cut the fuel pipe with on the suction side of the fuel metering pump to size and connect the pipe to the fuel metering pump with a connecting hose (arrow).
