Attach cables and wiring strands to existing cables and wiring strands using cable straps when routing. Avoid chafing points, if necessary install chafe guard. Cut off or tie back excess wires and leads.
1 Determine water pump relay (K103) at firewall of driver's seat frame.
Take wiring diagram as aid and identify relay according to colors of connection lines
2 Remove green/red wire from water pump relay water pump relay plug connection 30 and cut off plug connection.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3 Cut black/white (sw/sw) wire of recirculation pump control wiring harness (4) to correct length to reach relay socket of water pump relay.
4 Insert black/white (sw/sw) wire and green/red (gn/rt) wire for water pump relay into plug connector and connect wires to plug location 30 of water pump relay.
5 Insulate brown (br) wire of recirculation pump control wiring harness (4) and tie back.
