1 Cut exhaust line (14) and end section (14a) as shown in figure.
2 Unscrew 40 mm spacer nut (see arrow) on free stud bolt in heater (A6).
3 Position red spacer (20) and pipe clamp (16) on exhaust line (14).

4 Fasten exhaust line (14) to heater (A6) and muffler (21) with one pipe clamp each.
Punch hole at deepest point of exhaust line (14) with chisel.
5 Fasten muffler (21) and pipe clamp (16) to spacer nut with M6x20 screw, washer and lock washer.
6 Fasten end section (14a) to muffler (21) with pipe clamp.

7 Cut out 50 mm dia. hole for end section of exhaust line in wheelhouse inner fender according to dimensions specified.

8 Close cutout in wheelhouse inner fender with cover plate.
9 Use cover plate as template for mounting holes (see arrows).
10 Drill holes with 4 mm dia. bit and fasten cover plate with two 4.5x15 mm sheet metal screws.
